Pro Performance Summer Camp schedule and Instructions
The weekly schedule will be Monday thru Friday 8:15am - 3:00pm. All players should report to the Paddock Arena lobby by 8:15am.
We will have two on-ice sessions per day. The first session will put emphasis skating and stickhandling and goaltender training. The second session will be primarily used for scoring, passing, individual tactics and timing. Tactics can be described as "How a player attacks a situation". Timing can be described as “Being in the right place at the right time at the right speed ”.
Goaltenders will receive specific training by our qualified staff. All players will be broken down by age group and skill level.
Our daily dryland training will be run by a certified professional trainer. This training will consist of dynamic stretching, running, plyometrics, hill running, etc. Many of these drills can be quite strenuous so be prepared to work hard. These drills are the same as our US National teams perform.
WHAT TO BRING:
Each player will need to bring the following: sneakers, extra pair of socks, shorts, baseball hat, two t-shirts, WATER-WATER-WATER, sunscreen (very important), lunch (some players bring two lunches) healthy snacks. The players will need plenty of fluids throughout the day. Each player should bring a large drink or two with them to dryland training. Many of our players carry a gallon jug or thermos of water with them during workouts.
Please note: All players should bring their own food and drinks with them for the week.
